And this is why I always try the weirdest sounding thing on the menu… if the chef had the balls to put it on there despite it sounding weird, then it must be good!! This is how I discovered my favorite sandwich at Il Bambino, Prosciutto and Gorgonzola Dolce with Fig Spread.
